           我的研究主要集中在后过渡金属催化反应,研究重点是基元C-C键的不对称构建以及手性药物和有生物活性化合物的合成。最近的研究兴趣还包括光照下的金属催化,自由基参与的催化反应, 小环的不对称催化合成,含氟和含氘药物的不对称合成。正在进行的研究项目包括: 1)不对称Heck反应,2)不对称烯醇芳基化反应,3)钯催化烷基化反应,4)镍催化的不对称转移氢化反应,5)铜催化的不对称加成反应。
           作为通讯作者,已在 J Am Chem Soc 和 Angew Chem 上发表了25篇原创论文。h-index 31. Citation 3241 (Google Scholar. 2019.4)

    研究结果简介
    1. 开发了一种环烯的高手性选择性Heck反应催化剂,一种手性双膦单氧化物Xyl-SDP(O)。它具有优异的底物通用性、高活性和高立体选择性的特点 。新催化剂已由Sigma-Aldrich商业化。
    2. 常见的末端烯烃在Heck反应中很难实现高区域选择性。我组开发了这种催化剂,首次实现这些烯烃的alpha位选择性芳基化。为此发明的二茂铁双膦配体DNPF已由Sigma-Aldrich商业化。
    3. 开发了对映选择性烯醇芳基化反应,第一次在酯、酮和内酯alpha位上形成对碱敏感的叔碳手性中心。我组由此获得了一项合成消炎药Naproxen的美国专利。我们还首次报道了alpha氟酮和烷基腈的不对称芳基化反应。
    4. 开发了钯催化下烯烃和普通卤代烷间的Heck型烷基化反应。 我组后来成功将该自由基烷基化反应用于多种贫电杂环和芳环化合物。
    5. 不对称氢化反应已应用于手性药的大规模生产,但这些反应高度依赖非常昂贵且稀缺的稀有过渡金属催化剂,如铑和铱。制药工业迫切需要解决这个工艺的可持续性问题。我组已发明了一系列均相镍催化的不对称转氢化反应,底物包括烯、酮亚胺、肼等。
    6. 在铜催化的芳基硼不对称加成反应中, 发现并证实首例金属催化中1,4-插入基元反应模式。
