  • 研究兴趣
    1.  我们课题组的主要研究方向是发展高效通用的双模式路易斯酸介导的串联反应及其在天然产物全合成中的应用。这类串联反应体系主要包括双模式路易斯酸单独应用的双组分体系和双模式路易斯酸与碱联用的线性底物体系。基于这种策略,我们课题组近些年发展了新的串联反应和环加成反应,还成功地把该类反应用在Platensimycin、Platencin、(–)-Teucvidin、(±)-Clavukerin、Dendronobiloside糖苷配基、Yezo'otogirin C、Basiliolide B和Phomactin A等复杂天然产物的全合成研究中。
    2.  我们课题组还致力于发展新型的双光子或多光子分子成像的有机镧系金属复合物,并将其应用在分子探针研究中。基于轮环藤宁骨架,我们课题组还成功发展了一些和疾病相关的生物分子以及针对特定细胞器追踪的双光子诱导的荧光化学传感器。
