  • 研究兴趣
    高通量测序技术的发展产生了海量基因组数据,为我们采用信息学手段挖掘生物医学知识创造了良好机遇。本人的研究兴趣包括:(1)研究策略和开发技术用于整合各类异质的生物数据,以开展数据挖掘工作;(2)采用机器学习或者基于经验的手段,预测基因组变异包括单核苷酸变异和拷贝数变异的疾病相关性,特别是WD40结构域中的错义单核苷酸变异;(3)研究WD40结构域的结构特征以及其与功能的关系;(4)运用生物信息学工具开展药物基因组学和个体化医疗的研究。
