    我们应用计算化学、生物化学、以及结构生物学等多种手段深入研究生命活动中重要蛋白质调控的分子水平机制,特别是研究肿瘤相关信号通路中关键蛋白质的相互作用,细胞周期调控中蛋白激酶自身不同结构域之间、或者蛋白激酶与其调控蛋白质之间的相互作用,以及在重要信号通路(如WNT通路)中配体与受体的相互作用,并在结构基础上研究阻断或者促进这些相互作用的小分子调控剂。
