  • 研究兴趣

    各种神经递质与受体系统间的协调作用是人脑发挥功能作用的基础。但受体和下游信号系统的正常协调机制,受体功能异常导致神经和精神性疾病的机制尚不清楚。既往的研究表明,递质与受体信号传导和整合发生在不同的水平。在分子水平,受体以蛋白复合体的形式介导了学习记忆、缺血性中风、成瘾、抑郁症,和精神分裂症等;在细胞水平,神经细胞不同部位的受体协同处理不同时称的刺激,整合下游信号的激活和神经细胞兴奋性,后者又进一步通过长时程或短时程的突触变化改变了神经细胞间的通讯联系。受体对神经功能核团的调制最终体现为神经通路的改变,而神经通路最终介导了脑高级认知功能,如注意、记忆、情绪等。我们初步的研究以及大量早期的报道支持这样一种假说,即发生在以上各水平的受体协调缺陷均可影响神经精神性疾病的发病,包括帕金森氏病和老年性痴呆。借助传统的分子药理学、电生理学、生物化学、成像、行为学方法,以及新近的化学生物学、基因学方法,我们的长期研究目标是发现、揭示发病相关的病理性受体和分子信号,为临床诊断、药物治疗提供新的目标分子。
