在最近一期的Molecular Biosystems杂志上,化学生物学与生物技术学院的林硕、杨震和仲寒冰三个课题组合作发表了一篇论文《Characterization and development of novel small-molecules inhibiting GSK3 and activating Wnt signaling》。这篇论文中,作者首先采用斑马鱼模型筛选到了一个小分子GSK3抑制剂,随后用有机合成方法进一步改造这个抑制剂,最终得到一类具有新骨架的抑制剂,并研究了这些抑制剂在胚胎发育中的作用。论文信息见下。
On the latest issue of Molecular Biosystems, three groups (Dr. Lin, Dr. Yang and Dr. Zhong) in School of Chemical Biology and Biotechnology published a paper titled “Characterization and development of novel small-molecules inhibiting GSK3 and activating Wnt signaling”. In this paper, the authors employed zebrafish as a model to screen chemical libraries and identified a small-molecule GSK3 inhibitor, which was further modified by organic synthesis approaches to create new generation GSK3 inhibitors with novel scaffold.
