讲座摘要：

Secondary Metabolites from Hainan Benthic Invertebrates:

Chemical diversity, Biological function and Biosynthesis

Systematic chemical, chemoecological and biological studies on the South China Sea benthic organisms (sponges, soft corals, molluscs etc.) have been carried out for decades by my group. Numerous intriguing marine natural products, of which, most terpenoids possessing novel unprecedented skeletons, were isolated and characterized from above mentioned animals. Further, most of isolated compounds have been subjected for various bio-assays, such as anticancer, antiviral/antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory activities, and some ones exhibited promising biological activities as well as pharmaceutical application potentials. By describing representative cases, this communication presents a comprehensive summary regarding the achievements and progress made by our group in the past decade. Several interesting case examples will be discussed in detail.

嘉宾简介：

郭跃伟，男，中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员（2级）、博士研究生导师、曾任所学位委员会副主任，中国科学院上海药物研究所烟台分所副所长。2022年至今任上海药物研究所-中科环渤海高等药物研究院海洋药物中心主任。

2000年入选中科院“百人计划”。获得 2001年度国家杰出青年基金。2004年入选首批“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选。同年获得国务院“政府特殊津贴专家”奖励及称号。2007获得上海市“优秀学科带头人”， 2007年“德彪-CCRF”一等奖。2008年获得“中国药学会科学技术奖”二等奖（第一获奖人）。2010年获得 德国科学院“Paul J. Scheuer海洋生物技术奖”（唯一获奖人）。2011年获得“上海药学会科学技术奖”一等奖。2013年，获得中国科学院/中科院大学"朱-李月华优秀教师奖"；2023年获得自然资源部“自然资源科学技术奖”一等奖、国家海洋局“海洋科技奖”一等奖。

已在国内外学术刊物上发表论文560余篇。其中，450多篇论文发表在国际主流/一流SCI期刊（Chem. Rev., Nat. Prod. Rep., JACS, ACIE, J. Med. Chem., Org. Chem. Frontier, Chem. Euro. J., Org. Lett., Curr. Med. Chem., J. Org. Chem., J. Nat. Prod., Euro. J. Org. Chem., Bioorg. Chem., Tetrahedron 等）上。入选斯坦福大学和爱思唯尔出版集团共同发布的“终身科学影响力”排行榜、“全球2%顶尖科学家”榜单、“全球顶尖科学家前10万科学家”排名榜单。连续多年荣登爱思唯尔遴选出“中国高被引学者（Highly Cited Chinese Researchers）”榜单。
