讲座摘要：

Our research aims to develop innovative small-molecule probes to study biomolecules, such as metabolites, lipids, enzymes, and proteins with post-translational modifications (PTMs), to decode their roles in cellular physiology and disease. Leveraging organic chemistry and chemical biology, we have developed selective fluorescent probes for cardiolipins—critical phospholipids for mitochondrial function and signaling pathways—and visible light-activatable probes for real-time protein labeling in live cells, enabling tracking of dynamic protein behaviors. Additionally, we have created chemical proteomic probes to investigate proteins bearing 3-nitrotyrosine and 3-aminotyrosine, modifications central to understanding oxidative stress and disease-associated pathways. These probes not only deepen mechanistic insights into cellular processes but also hold promise for applications in scientific research, disease diagnostics, and therapeutic development.

杨丹教授，西湖大学化学生物学讲席教授。曾获得Mr. and Mrs. Sun Chan有机化学纪念奖、百时美施贵宝基金会颁发的有机合成化学奖、裘槎高级研究员奖、香港十大杰出青年、礼来亚洲杰出科学奖、晨兴化学生物学讲席教授、诺华化学讲座奖、世界科学院化学奖、中国青年女科学家奖、卓越学科领域计划首席科学家和国际有机化学基金会吉田奖等。现任Curr. Opin. Chem. Biol.总主编，曾任Org. Lett.副主编、ACS Chem. Biol.客座主编、Acc. Chem. Res.编委等。
