  • 研究兴趣

     

       课题组主要开展化学酶法合成方向研究,涉及有机合成化学、酶化学、分子生物学和生物信息学领域。主要目标包括:(1)挖掘、验证酶的反应性,探究其催化机制;(2)对酶进行改造,改进反应性与底物适用范围,发展酶催化方法学;(3)将酶促反应应用于有机合成中,实现有价值分子的化学-酶法合成。
